We are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between ICADRP and The Lyceum School, Karachi – marking an exciting step toward introducing mediation, dialogue, and conflict resolution skills at the student level.

Through this collaboration, ICADRP and Lyceum will work together to establish:
A Student Mediation Clinic
A Mediation Society
Mediation Training Workshops & Peer Mediation Initiatives

This initiative reflects a shared commitment to empowering young people with the ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts constructively, and lead with empathy, dialogue, and responsibility.

At ICADRP, we strongly believe that building a culture of peaceful dispute resolution must begin early – within schools, classrooms, and communities. By introducing students to structured mediation and negotiation frameworks, we hope to help shape future leaders capable of fostering more inclusive, thoughtful, and collaborative spaces.
