Overview

The International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP) is an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) institution in Pakistan, duly recognised and authorised by the Ministry of Law and Justice. The Centre promotes modern, efficient, and accessible dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration, conciliation, and technology-enabled mechanisms.

ICADRP provides institutionally administered dispute resolution services supported by professional case management, specialised facilities, and secure digital infrastructure. Leadership and Global Expertise

ICADRP benefits from the leadership of internationally recognised experts in arbitration and dispute resolution.

The Centre’s ADR practice is led by Dr. Nudrat E. Piracha, an international arbitration specialist who holds a Doctorate of Juridical Sciences from the United States and has extensive experience in international commercial and investment arbitration. She was nominated by Pakistan to the Panel of Arbitrators of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in 2018 and has served on ICSID ad hoc committees in annulment proceedings.

ICADRP is co-headed by Barrister Farrukh K. Qureshi, a leading legal practitioner who has led one of Pakistan’s prominent law and ADR practices for over three decades.

The Centre also benefits from the association of distinguished international arbitration experts, including Judge Charles N. Brower, who serves as Patron-in-Chief. Judge Brower has acted as counsel and arbitrator in major international disputes under leading institutional rules, including ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, AAA, ICSID, and others.

ICADRP maintains a panel of accomplished arbitrators, mediators, and subject-matter experts from across the world. The Centre employs experienced case managers with strong legal backgrounds and extensive arbitration experience to ensure professional administration of proceedings.
