Private Mediators Training

Court Annexed Mediation Workshops, conducted by the Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP), brought together 30 private mediators from designated mediation centres across Pakistan for an engaging day of advanced learning and professional development.

Facilitated by ICADRP, the programme was made possible through the nomination and coordination of participants from its designated mediation centres, creating a diverse and collaborative learning environment.

Representatives from leading mediation institutions, including IDI, SAROSH, MicADR, and other designated centres, actively participated in the sessions, enriching discussions through the exchange of experiences and best practices.

The day’s curriculum focused on Virtual Mediation and Advanced Mediation Techniques, equipping participants with practical skills to effectively navigate disputes in both digital and in-person settings. Through interactive discussions, scenario-based exercises, and collaborative engagement, the training reinforced the importance of innovation, adaptability, and continuous professional development in the evolving field of alternative dispute resolution.

ICADRP remains committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen the capacity of private mediators and foster a more accessible, efficient, and collaborative dispute resolution ecosystem in Pakistan.
