Court Annexed ADR

Strengthening legal systems with tailored arbitration, mediation, and dispute prevention solutions.

ICADRP supports governments and judicial institutions in the design and implementation of court-annexed ADR frameworks. The Centre provides technical assistance in developing rules, procedures, and methodologies to effectively integrate ADR into court systems.

ICADRP offers support at various stages of the process, including policy development, institutional design, and capacity-building through specialised training programmes.

  2. Programme Design & Operations: Establishing effective procedures for:
    1. Case referral mechanisms
    2. Timing of ADR interventions
    3. Compensation frameworks for neutrals
    4. Confidentiality standards
    5. Selection and accreditation processes
    6. Quality assurance and performance monitoring

Institutional Development

ICADRP works closely with governments and courts to establish sustainable and effective court-annexed ADR programmes. Leveraging its network of international partners and best practices, the Centre ensures that such programmes are aligned with global standards while being tailored to local legal and institutional contexts.

Through its expertise and collaborative approach, ICADRP contributes to strengthening judicial efficiency, reducing case backlogs, and enhancing access to justice.
