A Proud Moment for Pakistan at the TIAC NIKONOV International Arbitration Moot 2026!
Congratulations to Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) on winning the TIAC NIKONOV International Arbitration Moot 2026!
For the second consecutive year, the International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP) has had the privilege of administering the Pakistan Selection Rounds of the TIAC NIKONOV International Arbitration Moot, supporting the participation of Pakistani teams in this international competition.
Over the course of the selection process, teams worked through the complex moot problem, prepared detailed memorials, and competed through rigorous rounds. We are especially grateful to the arbitrators and evaluators who generously gave their time and expertise to review numerous memorials and assess the participating teams. Their contribution is an essential part of making this competition possible and of providing young advocates with meaningful exposure to international arbitration.
This year’s competition brought together talented teams from across the region and beyond, including Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, and Pakistan making LUMS’s achievement on the international stage all the more significant.
A special congratulations to the LUMS team! Your preparation, dedication, advocacy and perseverance have brought the TIAC NIKONOV Moot title to Pakistan. We are incredibly proud to see a Pakistani team achieve this on the international stage.
ICADRP extends its sincere appreciation to all the 20 teams that registered and 13 teams who successfully submitted their memos in the Pakistan Selection Rounds and contributed to another successful edition of the competition. Your commitment to arbitration and willingness to take on challenging international disputes is exactly what helps strengthen the next generation of arbitration practitioners.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to TIAC for its continued collaboration and to Ms. Ariana Fatullaeva for the warm hospitality and support extended to the participating teams and organisers.
