ICADRP was honoured to conduct an insightful Mediation Training Session at Kahuta Law College, led by Dr. Nudrat E. Piracha, where participants explored the evolving landscape of mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and the role of collaborative justice in Pakistan.
The session provided students with practical insights into the growing importance of mediation, ethical leadership, and the transformative impact of ADR in shaping the next generation of legal professionals.
A significant milestone of the visit was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between ICADRP and Kahuta Law College, marking the beginning of a collaborative partnership dedicated to advancing legal education, promoting ADR awareness, and creating meaningful opportunities for students through training, research, and professional development.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the administration, faculty, and students of Kahuta Law College for their warm hospitality and enthusiastic participation. We look forward to a long and impactful partnership in fostering a culture of dialogue, innovation, and accessible justice.
