Strengthening the capacity of court coordinators through technology-driven dispute resolution, ICADRP delivered a practical guidance session on its Online Dispute Resolution System (ODRS) during the Court Coordinator Training conducted by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) in collaboration with Impact Associates.
The session provided hands on training to approximately 20 court coordinators supporting the Islamabad High Court Court-Annexed Mediation Center (IHC-CAMC). Participants were guided through the complete functionality of the ODRS platform, including case creation, adding party information, managing referrals, tracking case progress, monitoring settlements, and overseeing the lifecycle of a case from referral to resolution.
The ODRS guidance led by Ms Sultana Mahmood and her team including Ms Shafaq Shahid, Ms Rabia Ibrar, Ms Batool Fatima, and other members of ICADRP equipping participants with the practical knowledge required to effectively utilize the platform in supporting court-annexed mediation.
