ICADRP Hosted CLDP Visit to IHC-CAMC

As part of its continued support to the Islamabad High Court Court-Annexed Mediation Centre (IHC-CAMC), ICADRP had the privilege of hosting representatives from CLDP, senior partners of Impact Associates Dave Moora and Emily Rife and Aleena Nasir (Attorney Advisor at CLDP) during their visit to the Centre. The delegation was briefed on the progress of court-annexed mediation and the collaborative efforts undertaken to strengthen access to mediation services.

During the visit, Dr. Nudrat E. Piracha introduced the Centre’s Online Dispute Resolution System (ODRS), highlighting its role in supporting the effective administration and monitoring of court-annexed mediation. Ms. Sultana Mahmood, IT Advisor at ICADRP, then demonstrated the platform’s capabilities, including case analytics, settlement trends, and referral data. The delegation also observed live mediation proceedings and engaged with stakeholders supporting the Centre’s operations.

The visit concluded with a networking tea hosted by ICADRP, bringing together the CLDP team, private mediators, judges, and practitioners contributing their expertise to the success of the IHC-CAMC. The gathering provided an opportunity to reflect on achievements, exchange insights, and reaffirm a shared commitment to advancing mediation in Pakistan.
