The International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP) participated in a thought-provoking panel hosted by the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia (WBA-DC) titled “Creating and Providing First Opportunities for Young Practitioners and Students: A Dialogue Between Senior and Junior International Disputes Attorneys.”
The event convened leading voices in international dispute resolution for an engaging conversation on mentorship, early-career access, and the importance of professional networks in shaping future legal practitioners. The distinguished panel included Hon. Judge Charles Brower, Dr. Nudrat E. Piracha (CEO, ICADRP), Ms. Camille Ramos-Klee, Ms. Fulya Göğer, and Mr. Charles Camp, and was moderated by Ms. Sophia Herbst.
The discussion highlighted how young professionals can actively position themselves to recognise and seize opportunities, while also reflecting on the responsibility of senior practitioners to create inclusive pathways for the next generation.
