Internationally Recognised | Practice-Focused | Limited Seats
The International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP) invited applications for its Signature 40-Hour Mediation Training, an IMI-Recognised Mediator Training Programme (RMTP) recognised by the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
Delivered in collaboration with the Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) and the Sindh Judicial Academy (SJA), the programme brought together judges and professionals in a shared learning environment, providing participants with an opportunity to develop practical mediation skills through intensive, experiential learning.
The programme was designed around practical simulations, role-plays, case-based learning, coaching, structured feedback, and performance-based assessment.

IMI Recognition & Professional Pathway
The ICADRP Signature 40-Hour Mediation Training is an IMI Recognized Mediator Training Program (RMTP) recognised by the International Mediation Institute (IMI).
Participants who successfully complete the programme and meet its assessment requirements are eligible to apply individually to IMI for recognition as an IMI Qualified Mediator within five years of completing the programme, subject to IMI’s applicable requirements and registration process.
Important
Successful completion of the ICADRP programme does not automatically confer IMI Qualified Mediator status.
IMI Qualified Mediator recognition is a separate recognition process administered by the International Mediation Institute. Eligible graduates may apply directly to IMI through the applicable registration pathway.
For current IMI requirements, procedures, and applicable fees, applicants should consult the International Mediation Institute.
Certification & Professional Pathways
Upon successful completion of the programme and its assessment requirements, participants receive confirmation of completion of the ICADRP Signature 40-Hour Mediation Training.
Successful participants may also be eligible to pursue relevant professional opportunities and recognition, subject to the requirements of the relevant institution or authority.
Where applicable, participants may pursue empanelment with the Ministry of Law & Justice, Pakistan, subject to the Ministry’s applicable requirements and procedures.
Graduates of the IMI Recognized Mediator Training Programme are also eligible to apply individually to IMI for IMI Qualified Mediator recognition within five years of programme completion, subject to the applicable IMI requirements.
Programme completion and IMI Qualified Mediator recognition are separate processes.
