International Mediation Development and Leadership Institute (IMDLI) 2025
Dr. Nudrat E. Piracha, CEO of ICADRP, recently participated in the International Mediation Development and Leadership Institute (IMDLI) 2025, hosted at UC Law San Francisco in collaboration with the JAMS Foundation.
This intensive five-day programme brought together global experts to explore the design, development, and implementation of modern mediation systems, drawing on best practices from the United States and other leading jurisdictions.
Key areas of focus included:
- Court-connected ADR programmes and institutional best practices
- Dispute system design for sustainable mediation frameworks
- Legal and regulatory foundations supporting ADR reform
- Comparative international perspectives, including Singapore’s mediation model
- Practical workshops focused on real-world application and system development
The programme provided a valuable platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation in dispute resolution. The insights gained will contribute to ICADRP’s ongoing efforts to strengthen ADR systems and enhance access to justice in Pakistan and beyond.
