DOMESTIC ARBITRATION

The hourly rate will be set by each individual arbitrator(s). For further information, please contact a case manager.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
For matters pertaining to two parties, the Filing Fee is Rs.___. Whereas, for matters involving three or more parties, the filing fee is Rs.__ the entire Filing Fee must be paid in full to speed up the opening of the proceedings. A Case Management Fee of 12% will be evaluated against all Professional Fees, including time spent for hearings, pre- and post-hearing reading and research and award preparation. We also charge a Rs. ___ filing fee for counterclaims. In consumer matters, the consumer is only required to pay USD. For issues based on a clause or agreement required as a condition of employment, the employee is only required to pay Rs.
A matter withdrawn within 5 days, the Rs. __ will be refunded. However, after 5 days there will be no refunds. Companies may retain the services of the Centre on a retainer ship fee of _______ International Arbitration

CANCELLATION/ CONTINUANCE POLICY
- Fees are 100% REFUNDABLE except for any arbitrator’s time, for all hearings of 1 day or less cancelled/ continued 30 days or more before the hearing
- For hearings of 2 days or more cancelled/continued 60 days or more before the hearing date: Fees are 100% REFUNDABLE except for any arbitrator time incurred
- If hearings are cancelled or continued inside the cancellation/continuance period the: Fees is NON-REFUNDABLE
Fees are to be paid within 72 hours of invoicing.
- The cancellation/continuance policy is set by the individual arbitrator(s) and therefore may differ.
- The fees will be estimated and billed in advance and must be paid on receipt of invoice.
- We will invoice for the fees of all arbitrators, whether or not such arbitrator is affiliated with ICADRP.
- Receipt of payment for all fees is required before delivery of an arbitration award.
- Unless the arbitrator’s time can be rescheduled with another matter, the professional fee will be non-refundable if it is time scheduled. We have this cancellation policy in place because the time reserved cannot be generally replaced. In all cases involving non-refundable time, the party causing the continuance or cancellation is responsible for the fees of all parties.
- if the hearing fee is not paid by all the parties we reserve the right to cancel the hearing and we do so by the cancellation date through writing.
- Parties that, through agreement, have held their case in abeyance for one year will be assessed an annual abeyance fee of Rs. ___, and Rs. __ every six months thereafter. If a party rejects to pay the assessed fee, the other party or parties may pay the whole fee on behalf of all the parties, if not, the matter will be closed.
